• Verse 1

    Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!

    Early in the morning our song shall rise to Thee;

    Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty!

    God in three Persons, blessed Trinity!

    Verse 2

    Holy, holy, holy! All the saints adore Thee,

    Casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea,

    Cherubim and seraphim falling down before Thee,

    Who wert and art, and evermore shalt be.

    Verse 3

    Holy, holy, holy! Though the darkness hide Thee,

    Though the eye of sinful man Thy glory may not see;

    Only Thou art holy; there is none beside Thee,

    Perfect in power, love, and purity.

    Verse 4

    Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!

    All Thy works shall praise Thy name in earth and sky and sea;

    Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty!

    God in three Persons, blessed Trinity!

    Sanctify the Lord, he said,

    To the Word, to the Word we go.

    Let Him be your fear, let Him be your dread,

    Bend, break, burn, and blow.

    To the testimony and law, To the Word, To the Word we go. If they don’t speak this word, they have no light at all, bend, break, burn, and blow.

    A stone of stumbling and rock of offense

    To the Word, to the Word we go.

    Against this snare there is no defense,

    Bend, break, burn and blow.

    Many among them will stumble and fall,

    To the Word, to the Word we go.

    Bind up the word behind a great wall,

    Bend, break, burn and blow.

    To the testimony and law, To the Word, To the Word we go. If they don’t speak this word, they have no light at all, bend, break, burn, and blow.

    So I will wait upon the Lord

    To the Word, to the Word we go.

    To seek the one who must be adored,

    Bend, break, burn and blow.

    Here I am and the children you gave

    To the Word, to the Word we go.

    A sign that You have promised to save,

    Bend, break, burn and blow.

    Shall we go to the wizards that chirp?

    To the Word, to the Word we go.

    The words of the prophets they want to usurp,

    Bend, break, burn and blow.

    To the testimony and law, To the Word, To the Word we go. If they don’t speak this word, they have no light at all, bend, break, burn, and blow.

    If they do not feed on His Word,

    To the Word, to the Word we go.

    They shall hunger and thirst, and die unheard,

    Bend, break, burn and blow.

    All they will see is trouble and dark,

    To the Word, to the Word we go.

    Their anguish great, their troubles are stark,

    Bend break, burn and blow.

    To the testimony and law, To the Word, To the Word we go. If they don’t speak this word, they have no light at all, bend, break, burn, and blow.

  • Verse 1

    Amazing Grace how sweet the sound,

    That saved a wretch like me!

    I once was lost, but now am found;

    Was blind, but now I see.

    Verse 2

    ‘Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,

    And grace my fears relieved;

    How precious did that grace appear

    The hour I first believed!

    Verse 3

    Through many dangers, toils and snares,

    I have already come;

    ‘Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far,

    And grace will lead me home.

    Verse 4

    The Lord has promised good to me,

    His Word my hope secures;

    He will my Shield and Portion be,

    As long as life endures.

    Verse 5

    Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail,

    And mortal life shall cease,

    I shall possess, within the veil,

    A life of joy and peace.

    Verse 6

    The earth shall soon dissolve like snow,

    The sun forbear to shine;

    But God, Who called me here below,

    Will be forever mine.

    Verse 7

    When we’ve been there ten thousand years,

    Bright shining as the sun,

    We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise

    Than when we’d first begun.

  • Verse 1

    All people that on earth do dwell,

    Sing to the Lord with cheerful voice;

    Him serve with fear, His praise forth-tell,

    Come ye before Him and rejoice.

    Verse 2

    Know that the Lord is God indeed:

    Without our aid He did us make;

    We are His folk, He doth us feed,

    And for His sheep He doth us take.

    Verse 3

    O enter then His gates with praise,

    Approach with joy His courts unto;

    Praise, laud and bless His Name always,

    For it is seemly so to do.

    Verse 4

    Oh know the Lord our God is good,

    His mercy is forever sure;

    His truth at all times firmly stood,

    And shall from age to age endure.

  • Verse 1

    Why do the heathen nations vainly rage

    What prideful schemes are they in vain devising?

    The kings of earth and rulers all engage

    In evil plots, and in their sin contriving,

    They take their stand against our God’s Messiah;

    They claim they will not keep His binding chains.

    The one enthroned in highest heaven, higher,

    Mocks them to scorn, on them derision rains.

    Verse 2

    He speaks to them in righteous, holy wrath;

    God vexes them and shows His great displeasure.

    “Yet have I set My King upon the path

    That upward winds to Zion, My own treasure.”

    “You are My Son, today You are begotten,’–

    I will declare what God has said to Me–

    ‘And not one tribe will ever be forgotten.

    You will receive the world, just ask of Me.”

    Verse 3

    “The nations come; You are the only Heir,

    The ends of earth will be Your own possession

    And broken with a rod of iron there,

    Rebellious pottery comes to destruction.”

    Now serve the Lord, with fear and gladness trembling,

    And therefore, O ye kings, seek wisdom here.

    How blessed are those who trust without dissembling,

    Who kiss the Son and bow in reverent fear.

  • Verse 1

    Crown Him with many crowns,

    The Lamb upon His throne;

    Hark! how the heav’nly anthem drowns

    All music but its own!

    Awake, my soul, and sing

    Of Him who died for thee,

    And hail Him as thy matchless King

    Through all eternity.

    Verse 2

    Crown him the Lord of life,

    Who triumphed o'er the grave,

    And rose victorious in the strife

    For those he came to save;

    His glories now we sing

    Who died and rose on high,

    Who died eternal life to bring,

    And lives that death may die.

    Verse 3

    Crown Him the Lord of Love:

    Behold His hands and side;

    Rich wounds yet visible above

    In beauty glorified:

    No angel in the sky

    Can fully bear that sight,

    But downward bends his burning eye

    At mysteries so bright.

    Verse 4

    Crown Him the Lord of peace,

    Whose power a scepter sways

    From pole to pole, that wars may cease,

    And all be prayer and praise.

    His reign shall know no end,

    And round His pierced feet

    Fair flowers of glory now extend

    Their fragrance ever sweet.

    Verse 5

    Crown Him the Lord of years,

    The Potentate of time.

    Creator of the rolling spheres,

    Ineffably sublime.

    All hail, Redeemer, hail!

    For Thou hast died for me;

    Thy praise shall never, never fail

    Throughout eternity.

  • Verse 1

    The Son of God goes forth to war,

    A kingly crown to gain;

    His blood red banner streams afar!

    Who follows in His train?

    Who best can drink His cup of woe,

    Triumphant over pain,

    Who patient bears his cross below,

    He follows in His train!

    Verse 2

    That martyr first, whose eagle eye

    Could pierce beyond the grave;

    Who saw his Master in the sky,

    And called on Him to save.

    Like Him, with pardon on His tongue,

    In midst of mortal pain,

    He prayed for them that did the wrong:

    Who follows in his train?

    Verse 3

    A glorious band, the chosen few

    On whom the Spirit came;

    Twelve valiant saints, their hope they knew,

    And mocked the cross and flame.

    They met the tyrant’s brandished steel,

    The lion’s gory mane;

    They bowed their heads the death to feel:

    Who follows in their train?

    Verse 4

    A noble army—men and boys,

    The matron and the maid,

    Around the Savior’s throne rejoice,

    In robes of light arrayed.

    They climbed the steep ascent of Heav’n,

    Through peril, toil and pain!

    O God! to us may grace be giv’n,

    To follow in their train!

    angels descend with songs again,

    and earth repeat the loud amen.

    Jehovah has made known.

    His justice in the nations' sight

    He openly has shown.

    The great salvation of our God

  • Verse 1

    A mighty fortress is our God,

    a bulwark never failing;

    our helper he, amid the flood

    of mortal ills prevailing.

    For still our ancient foe

    does seek to work us woe;

    His craft and power are great,

    and armed with cruel hate,

    on earth is not his equal.

    Verse 2

    Did we in our own strength confide,

    our striving would be losing,

    were not the right Man on our side,

    the Man of God's own choosing.

    Dost ask who that may be?

    Christ Jesus, it is he;

    Lord Sabaoth his name,

    from age to age the same;

    and he must win the battle.

    Verse 3

    And though this world, with devils filled,

    should threaten to undo us,

    we will not fear, for God hath willed

    His truth to triumph through us.

    for lo! his doom is sure;

    one little word shall fell him.

    Verse 4

    That Word above all earthly powers

    no thanks to them abideth;

    the Spirit and the gifts are ours

    through him who with us sideth.

    the body they may kill:

    God's truth abideth still;

    His kingdom is forever!

  • Verse 1

    Protect me from the wicked ones

    Opressing night and day;

    Unseathe your sword and conquer till they fall upon their knees

    Verse 2

    And someday soon I’ll see your face

    In truth and righteousness,

    This earthly life comes to an end,

    My body turns to dust,

    Then I will rise to be with You, and satisfied I’ll be,

    For in Your likeness, I’ll remain through all eternity.
